MotionGrid provides this website for general information about its proposed data collection, workforce coordination and pilot-design capabilities in Brazil and Latin America.
2. No commercial commitment
Website content, capacity descriptions and responses to enquiries are not binding offers, service guarantees or committed production volumes. Scope, capacity, acceptance criteria, security controls, pricing and delivery obligations must be defined in a written agreement.
3. Project-specific validation
Contributor availability, operational environments, devices, geography and production capacity are validated for each project before MotionGrid makes a commercial commitment.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material or use its content to misrepresent a relationship with MotionGrid.
5. Intellectual property
MotionGrid names, visual assets, written content and platform materials may not be copied or presented as another organisation's work without written permission.
6. External platforms
A project may use client applications or approved third-party capture providers. Their services remain subject to their own terms, security controls and availability.
